At WhatsEstate, we believe in transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for our services. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a generous trial period and clear refund guidelines.
1. Free Trial
7-Day Free Trial -- No Credit Card Required
All new users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the WhatsEstate platform. No credit card or payment information is required to start your trial. This gives you ample time to explore the platform and determine if it meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription.
- Full access to all features during the trial period
- No automatic charges at the end of the trial
- No obligation to subscribe after the trial ends
2. Monthly Plans
48-Hour Refund Window
If you are on a monthly subscription plan, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of being charged for any billing cycle. This applies to both your first payment and subsequent renewal charges.
- Eligible: Refund request made within 48 hours of the billing date
- Not eligible: Refund request made after 48 hours of the billing date
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Your account access will be revoked upon refund processing
3. Annual Plans
Pro-Rated Refund Within 30 Days
If you are on an annual subscription plan, you may request a pro-rated refund within 30 days of the billing date. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription.
- Within 30 days: Pro-rated refund for the unused months of your annual plan
- After 30 days: No refund will be issued for annual plans
- The pro-rated amount is calculated based on the monthly rate for the months used, deducted from the total annual payment
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

Please include the following information in your refund request:
- Your registered email address or phone number
- Your business name
- Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
- Date of the charge
5. Refund Processing
- All approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Bank processing times may vary; please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Monthly plans after the 48-hour window has passed
- Annual plans after the 30-day window has passed
- WhatsApp conversation charges or Meta fees incurred during usage (these are third-party charges)
- Add-on services or one-time setup fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Fair Usage Policy
7. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation and refund are separate actions:
- Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Refund: Returns payment for the current billing period. Access is revoked upon refund processing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time without requesting a refund. Your access will continue until the end of the paid period.
8. Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants a refund outside of the standard policy terms, please contact us. We will review each case individually and make a fair determination at our sole discretion.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
